During the theoretical session, instructors provided a systematic overview of YTO's brand development and market positioning, alongside detailed explanations of key product advantages, application scenarios and core configurations of best-selling models. In the practical session, participants engaged in live demonstrations of equipment functions, daily maintenance procedures, and diagnostic and repair techniques for common issues. These interactive sessions significantly boosted participants' technical proficiency and service awareness.
