Tajikistan: Government and parliament building projects

As the first Chinese foreign aid projects designed through a peer-to-peer collaboration model, these two buildings stand as milestones in China-Tajikistan cooperation. Led by the Tajik side and personally approved by President Emomali Rahmon, the government building was designed and managed by China IPPR International Engineering Co., Ltd., while the parliament building's construction services were provided by SIPPR Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
