During the project's implementation, SCIENTECH, a subsidiary of the China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC), has demonstrated exceptional professionalism by identifying and addressing critical challenges. Their efforts ensured efficient and effective progress, including:

- Quality Management: Strict oversight of construction plans, engineering materials, technologies and final products to align with design standards. Quality issues were promptly addressed through inspection, acceptance and evaluation.

- Safety Management: Emphasis on risk identification, hazard control and adherence to safety protocols, including certification of special equipment and operators. Key risk areas such as lifting, high-altitude operations, deep foundation pits and fire safety received enhanced inspection and monitoring.

- Coordination and Communication: Proactive engagement with stakeholders — including owners, designers, contractors and suppliers — to establish efficient communication channels, ensuring accurate information flow and seamless operations.

The team's practical and effective approach earned high praise from the construction units. In addition to the power plant, SCIENTECH supervised related projects within the industrial park, including 200kV, 110kV, 35kV and 10kV power lines and substations, water intake pump stations, water purification plants, barrages and water supply pipelines. The Obi Industrial Park has become a benchmark for SCIENTECH's contributions to the Belt and Road Initiative in Indonesia.

SCIENTECHhas made significant strides in overseas industrial construction, particularly in the Indonesian market. In recent years, the company has secured numerous engineering consulting contracts spanning thermal power generation, alumina production, port terminals and waste incineration projects.

These achievements underscore its commitment to advancing the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
