Sinomach wheels up for aircraft engine business

China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with State-owned aeroengine manufacturer Aero Engine Corp of China (AECC) on Dec 22.

The document outlines how they will use their respective advantages and speed up innovation and development of aircraft engine technologies, related key parts, expansion into the global market, and management of capital.

At the meeting, Sinomach’s Chairman Ren Hongbin expressed thanks for AECC’s having Sinomach engaged as a partner in its R&D project. He promised to make full use of its machinery development and manufacturing expertise to provide support for AECC.
