New Dayang Shipbuilding Co, affiliated to Sinomach subsidiary SUMEC Group Corporation (SUMEC), delivered a Crown 63K bulk carrier to China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co Ltd (CDB Leasing) on April 15, the sixth vessel the company has delivered this year.

On the same day, two bulk carriers of the same type to be delivered to CDB Leasing were completed and launched, a climax in the work schedule of the shipbuilder.

As of now, the company has completed 17 orders for CDB Leasing, including seven 82,000-ton and ten 63,000-ton bulk carriers. It plans to build 16 Crown 63K bulk carrier vessels for CDB Leasing, the remaining ones to be delivered within the year.

New Dayang Shipbuilding is seizing the golden shipbuilding season before summer to lay a solid foundation for meeting its annual ship delivery target.
